Wombourne Kayak Club is an active club with members participating in whitewater river running, playboating, open canoeing and surfing. Recent trips have included paddling the rivers Dee, Wye, Teme, Tryweryn, Banwy, Conwy, Vyrnwy and Severn.
We have club sessions once a month at Wombourne Leisure Centre, Ounsdale Rd, Wombourne, Wolverhampton WV5 8BJ.
This indoor pool session is held between 7.15pm and 8.00pm on Saturday evenings. A friendly environment provides encouragement for all abilities. All novice paddlers will be expected to be able to swim 50m and complete a capsize drill.

Individual £7 per session
Junior/Student £3.50 per session
Kayak/Paddle Hire Free
After three sessions new paddlers are expected to become members of the club.

Adult Membership £28 per annum
Junior/Student Membership £20 per annum
Family Membership £44 per annum
All fees are adjusted for new members joining part way through the year.
The club is BCU affiliated providing excellent third party insurance.
